We look for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our motivated and experienced team.  Walby Farm Park is a successful and multi-award winning visitor attraction in north Cumbria, attracting many day visitors and regular Annual Pass holders.

As we are located on a farm without an immediate bus route, you must be able to organise your own regular transport to Walby Farm Park.

 

WELCOME TEAM

We’re looking for the right person to be part of our established Welcome Team responsible for delivering a professional, friendly and profitable customer service experience for every visitor to Walby Farm Park, working mainly in the Reception & Gift Shop areas of our attraction, also supporting our Catering Team.

LIVESTOCK TEAM

We’re looking for the right person to be part of our established Livestock Team, based in our Animal Barn.  This person will be responsible for providing day to day care of our animals, upholding the highest standards of animal welfare and providing visitors with a fun and educational day out through practical demonstrations and hands-on experience.

This post includes carrying out on-site equipment and grounds maintenance to assist in maintaining the high standards of presentation across Walby Farm Park.

COUNTER SUPERVISOR, CATERING TEAM

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Counter Supervisor to join our Catering Team to deliver exceptional customer service all day, every day.

The successful person will be part of our established Team delivering excellent customer service in a front of house capacity, with responsibility for the day to day supervision of the front of house catering operation and our Support Team in catering. The ideal candidate will be able to provide assistance to our kitchen team, have strong organisational skills, will be numerate and will be comfortable working under pressure.
